Online ordering is planned around the weekly pickup cycle. Ordering opens Sunday morning and closes Thursday night for Saturday pickup or local delivery.

Pickup is scheduled for the Saturday pickup window shown during checkout. Pickup is in the Norton Commons neighborhood, and the exact pickup address is provided in the confirmation email after an order is placed.

Delivery may be available within 5 miles of Norton Commons for qualifying orders. Contact us if you are not sure whether we can deliver to your location. Corporate and special event delivery may also be available by arrangement.

During checkout, you can choose cash at pickup or delivery, or credit card through Square. Card payments use Square’s secure hosted checkout page.

Cancellation requests are allowed until 10 PM on Thursday, as long as Aanya’s Treats acknowledges the cancellation. Please email us as early as possible and include your order number.

There are no refunds on products after they have been delivered unless there is a material defect with the product.

No. Gluten-free items are not produced in a dedicated gluten-free kitchen. Ingredients for gluten-free items are stored in separate airtight containers, and the kitchen is cleaned thoroughly before gluten-free items are prepared.

Yes. Products that offer both preparations let you choose Regular or Gluten-Free as separate order lines, so you can order both in the same checkout.

Rohan's Chai is offered as hot cups for pickup and take-home packets. Available flavors may include Masala, Vanilla, and Salted Caramel.

Aanya’s Treats is at the Norton Commons Farmers Market on Sundays from 12–3 PM during market season, which runs April through the first weekend of November, unless otherwise noted.
